Refund policy
DuFrance Retail always strives to offer the best products and service to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, once they have been opened or used, they cannot be returned to the seller as they cannot be reused or resold.
Return Policy
Products delivered are not eligible for returns. In case of any damage/ wrong/ faulty, the product will be replaced.

Contact the customer care team on +919649680617 if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer, within 3 days of the product being marked delivered. No refunds shall be made after this period
Customer has to update the team before 48 hrs. after receiving the product.
To have your complaint regarding faulty delivery, such as stolen products, damaged items, or empty packages, addressed by our customer care, you must provide an unboxing video of the package. Complaints without a video will not be entertained.
Refund Policy
Kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot in case of a package being tampered, damaged, or defective.
Refunds will be credited to the source account within 7 to 8 working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be credited to the account provided by the customer within 4 to 5 working days.
DuFrance Retail is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation of orders can only be processed before their dispatch from the warehouses. The customer must notify the team at least 12 hours prior to dispatch.
Within 15 days of cancellation acceptance, refunds for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account.
After the order has been placed, can I modify my shipping address?
We accept changes in orders, but the customer must inform the team at least 6 hours prior.
